Was established by Rafi Yahalomi, who has more than fifteen years experience in the filed of recruitment and placement of workers, managers and senior staff in Israel.

At the Third Dimension there are two departments working side by side:

The Senior Staff location and recruitment department — We carry out the process of focused searching (head hunting) for dozens of business companies from all sectors of the Israeli economy. In the framework of our Senior Staff location and recruitment department, we specialize in locating and recruiting senior managers as well as unique professionals, those who our clients would find difficult to recruit by means of standard recruitment operations.

The recruitment and placement department — This department specialized in finding workers in all sectors. The uniqueness, the service approach and the professionalism of our recruitment coordinators enables our clients to focus on the examination of the resumes of most qualified candidates for their purposes, and this after a careful filtering and screening that includes, when necessary, an in-depth personal interview with the candidate.

Each of our clients is promised complete discretion. The resumes of the various candidates together with the demands of our clients are kept absolutely confidential. In order to remove any doubt, the Third Dimension Company does not send the resume of any candidate without his/her agreement and specific authorization. In addition, we promise a readiness to listen to everyone's professional and personal needs.
